Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering or a related field.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.

Work Experience:

  • • At least 10 years’ experience in architectural design and engineering. is required.

Key Tasks:

  • Oversee all phases of development projects, from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies for project design, development, and execution that align with company goals.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and follow-up on work progress with all designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Use PMP methodologies to manage timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Provide guidance on architectural design, construction methods, and material selection to ensure functional and aesthetic integrity.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, senior management, and stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve any issues.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing profitability.
  • Integrate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into development projects.

Sales Officer – Construction Materials

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in construction materials sector is required.

Key Tasks:
